Holidays in the paradise of Maldives

The experience begins with the arrival at Malé International Airport. Our airport representative accompanies us to a private lounge where a flight attendant will take care of our well-being while we wait for the departure of our next flight. The flight time by seaplane is about 40 ‘and will allow us to experience a panoramic view of the beautiful islands of the Maldives. When we arrive at our resort, we will check-in, take off our shoes (since our resort is a Barefoot Hotel), put on the swimsuit and enjoy the first swim in the lagoon. We can access the water directly through a slide from the terrace of our villa (overwater villa). When it starts to get dark, we will take our bike and go to the other side of the island until we find the Cinema Paradiso. A giant floating screen emerges over the lagoon and allows us to enjoy the movie programmed that day silently using bluetooth headphones. This way we achieve a sound impact 0 in the ecosystem of the island. Before, they will have served us a delicious dinner buffet. At the end of the movie, at night, we will be picked up with some golf-style electric buggies to take us back to our villa.

During the day we get to know our small island by bicycle. We explore its beaches and we can take a rest somewhere or take a dip in the turquoise waters of the lagoon. In the afternoon we will embark for the „Astronomy Cruise“: Enjoy dinner and good wines while the sun sets over the Indian Ocean, before learning the secrets of heaven from the hand of an expert astronomer. At night we will return for dinner, and at one of the docks, a telescope emerges from the center of the terrace. While we have dinner, the astronomer continues to delight us with numerous data and this time, thanks to the telescope we delve into the vastness of the sky. And if we have not seen enough stars, that night we propose to open the electric roof of your bedroom to sleep under the stars.

Today we are going to enter the impressive underwater universe of the Maldives. After breakfast we will be picked up by experienced boat dive guides. According to our level and the weather they will advise us on the most suitable place for our dive today. We can see turtles, blankets and in some areas even sharks and dive over coral reefs accompanied by fish of all colors. We return to the hotel and in the afternoon we will enjoy a private yoga class in our bungalow terrace. If we still want more diving, we could do a night dive. A unique experience.

After breakfast, they will pick us up to take us to the most extreme part of the adjoining island where we will enjoy a private picnic and bath in the solitude of the deserted beach. That night, we will have a moonlight dinner on a deserted private island. With a boat they will take us to the island and surprise us with hundreds of candles hidden in the sand and covered with a simple transparent fabric, making the sand of the beach a constellation of stars. A magical dinner is waiting for you.

After our Yoga class we will go to breakfast. Today we will enjoy our hammock and the view of the lagoon from the pool of our Over Water Villa. There is nothing like enjoying a good book laying on our catamaran net in the pool. After all, our 411m2 villa deserves that we dedicate some time to enjoy it. They will bring us lunch and dinner.

In the morning we still have time to go on a kayak trip through the lagoon. We cross the calm crystalline waters and explore the lagoon with its magnificent views. We will eat at the hotel and in the afternoon we will return with a seaplane to Malé International Airport. There we will take our international flight back home or to another destination that we have chosen.
